Congressman Krishnamoorthi Announces The Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus’s Endorsement Of His Bipartisan, Bicameral Anti-Hate Crime Legislation

SCHAUMBURG, IL – Today, Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi issued the following statement in response to the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC)’s endorsement of the Hate Crimes Commission Act which he introduced:

“I’m proud that today the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC) officially endorsed my bipartisan and bicameral Hate Crimes Commission Act, legislation which will combat the rising hate crimes against Asian-Americans and other vulnerable communities in America. As an immigrant and a member of a religious, ethnic, and cultural minority, this issue is deeply personal to me, and I will continue to fight to ensure this bill becomes law.”
