Barrington Junior Women's Club (BJWC) Safety Town 2013 is an educational summer program which includes a variety of important safety lessons taught through participation and demonstrations. Topics covered are pedestrian, motorist, bicycle, fire, poison and playground safety as well as stranger danger. Children entering kindergarten or 1st grade (who have not previously participated) are eligible. Enrollment fee is $100. Safety Town also provides an opportunity for 6th and 7th graders to volunteer.
