LINK Offers New Online Resource for Barrington Parents

LINK allows parents to find out what is happening in the Barrington community.

Are you a Barrington parent who is looking to stay connected on upcoming events at your children's schools and throughout the community?

Then, you may want to check out a new website, linkbarrinton.org, which is meant to connect "parents, educators, and our community," according to the website.

LINK — which stands for learn, inspire, network, know —is an online resource that coordinates, communicates and plans programs for parents and others connected with Barrington 220 youth, according to information provided to Patch on LINK.

LINK is led by a committee of volunteers passionate about parent education. They promote an annual calendar of parenting events and maintain the Barrington 220 Parent Online Library

You can subscribe to the e-newsletter for topics of interest. The LINK website also lists parent education events, books and videos of interest.
