Poster Contest to Commemorate Barrington's 150th Anniversary

Celebrate the Village of Barrington's 150th anniversary


What: To celebrate the Village of Barrington’s 150th anniversary, Amdur Productions and Barrington Village Hall are inviting community members to create an original poster that represents the Village of Barrington.

The poster contest is free and open to the public now through April 20th at midnight. The winning entry will be adapted for use as a Barrington commemorative poster and sold at the festival. All entries, however, will be on display at the sixth annual Barrington Art Festival, produced by Amdur Productions, which runs Memorial Weekend, May 23rd and 24th.

Entries are categorized by age group:

1. Youth K-8
2. High School/College 15-22yrs old
3. Adult 22 and Over

When: The deadline for submission is April 20, 2015
