CHICAGO — The only bad thing to say about the Beverly Art Walk is that one day isn’t enough to see the over 150 artists who will be returning to the Beverly/Morgan Park neighborhood from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17.

The ninth annual Beverly Art Walk is a celebration of art and music, showcasing a diverse array of unique cultural assets, local artists’ home studios, and art environments across Beverly and Morgan Park. The free, family-friendly event features nearly 150 artists in over 40 venues, the return of the popular Uprising Craft Market—at 103rd & Wood Street—the Family Fun Park at Sutherland in conjunction with Sutherland’s I Madonnari street painting festival, live music, and public art activations.

Hundreds of artists will be stationed at local businesses and other places in the neighborhoods as they turn them into galleries. Presented by the Beverly Area Arts Alliance, the Beverly Art Walk has evolved into one of the South Side’s premiere art events.
