Submitted by Crime Stoppers of Bolingbrook

Crime Stoppers provides three ways (phone, web and text messaging) through which people can provide information about criminal activities and remain anonymous. They can also collect a cash reward if the information leads to an arrest and filing of criminal charges.

The board of Crime Stoppers of Bolingbrook is looking to expand. Its primary responsibility is getting the message out to the community. No fundraising is required. The time commitment is minimal with a 6 p.m. Thursday night monthly meeting and a couple of yearly events requiring a few hours each.
