• Forest Preserve Begins Annual Woods Walk Challenge (patch.com) — Bolingbrook residents are invited to join the Forest Preserve District of Will County's Woods Walk challenge, running through Nov. 30 with a featured trail at Hidden Oaks Preserve. Participants who complete seven of ten countywide hikes can earn a collectible medallion, and can track their progress via the Goosechase app or a paper log available at Hidden Oaks Nature Center in Bolingbrook and other sites.
