Dispute At Restaurant Involves Rock Throw: Buffalo Grove PD Blotter
A customer, who was reportedly trying to get his food from the closed restaurant, said someone threw a rock at his car during an argument.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.
Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

Patricia J. Rosales, 25, of the 1800 block of W. Willow Lane, Mount Prospect, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, illegal possession of an open alcohol container, having an expired registration, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was arrested at 6:21 p.m. April 3, in the 300 block of Checker Drive. She was released and assigned a court date of April 24.

Edgardo F. Hernandez, 31, of the 200 block of Rosewood, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving on a revoked license, improper display of registration, driving with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 12:08 p.m. April 7, at Arlington Heights and Dundee roads. He was released and assigned a court date of May 8.

CUSTOMER/MANAGEMENT DISPUTE
Police responded to Guzman Y Guzman, 120 McHenry Road, at 10:08 p.m. April 2, for a customer/management complaint. The complainant told police that while he was trying to figure out if the business was open, someone inside a car in the parking lot threatened him. The complainant said that when he left his car, the other person threw a rock toward his car without striking it. The complainant then left the immediate area and contacted the police. When police arrived, they met with the person, who denied having any verbal altercations with anyone. A witness said they saw the complainant trying to get in touch with restaurant staff because the restaurant was not open, and he wanted the food he ordered. The witness saw the two argue. Police offered advice of what to do if something like this happens again. When police left, the situation was resolved and peaceful.
