• Joliet Teen Dies Of His Gunshot Wounds From Attack At Secluded Crest Hill Park Where 4 Teens Were Shot (patch.com) — Crest Hill police are now investigating the city's first double homicide of 2026 after a Joliet teen died from gunshot wounds suffered at a secluded park on Willow Court. Four teenagers were shot late Saturday night, two fatally, and the shooter remains at large. Residents should stay alert as detectives continue seeking leads in this neighborhood attack.
