MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — A 49-year-old Crystal Lake man who has been arrested several times over the years for stealing women's bras from their homes was taken into custody again on Thursday on similar charges. David L. Khollman is being held on a $100,000 bail at the McHenry County Jail and is next expected in court on Wednesday, according to online jail records.

Khollman was arrested Thursday after the McHenry County Sheriff's Office received a call at 1:21 a.m. from a resident living in the area of Riverside Drive and Sherman Boulevard in the Burtons Bridge subdivision, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.

Authorities say security camera footage shows a person wearing a dress and a wig and climbing through the second-story window of a woman's home, according to the Northwest Herald. He then stole two bras.
