Flooding Along Fox River in Burton's Bridge

Nunda Township officials said the houses in the Riverdale subdivision in Burton's Bridge were hit hard by Fox River flooding.

Many residents in the area took advantage of using the sandbags provided by the township workers and volunteers.

On Friday, the waters of the Fox had risen up to the back and sides of several houses. The river is expected to crest on Sunday.
