Who Has the Best Halloween Display in Crystal Lake?

Start planning now! Crystal Lake Park District Residents are invited to see if their home has the best Halloween display. Judging will take place on Tuesday, October 23 and Wednesday, October 24. Winner gets full bragging rights and a trophy donated by TOBG Engraving. The judging panel will consist of Crystal Lake Park District employees. A list of homes entered will be available by prior to the judging date. Register soon, maximum of 20 houses may enter.
