3 incumbents, 1 challenger seek seats on village board.

A trio of incumbents and one challenger are seeking the three open seats on the Deerfield Village Board of Trustees.
Voters will pick three between Bob Benton, Tom Jester, Bill Seiden (all incumbents) and challenger Dan Shapiro, who is chairman of the Plan Commission.
Voter apathy, vacant retail space at the Deerbrook Shopping Center and economic development issues have all been at the forefront of this race, according to the Deerfield Review.
