Now you can communicate directly with the Village and report issues quickly with the new Downers Grove Community Response Center (DG CRC) App. Submit requests for service, receive automatic updates, make online payments, and more with your iPhone or Android device. The app is available now on iTunes or Google Play. Requests can also be submitted on the DG CRC web page.
With DG CRC, it's easy to submit a request using text or photos, and the mapping tool helps pinpoint the exact location. The app also links to the Village website, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages.
