Toys, Food Sought For West Suburban Pantry Harvest Week

West Suburban Community Pantry will accept donations at several locations throughout the western suburbs Nov. 11 through 18.

WOODRIDGE, IL — As the winter holidays approach, West Suburban Community Pantry (WSCP) will be collecting toys and food for those in need at several locations throughout the western suburbs during Harvest Week, which runs Nov. 11 through 18.

“The need is especially critical during the holidays and bringing joy to struggling families is rewarding to donors and families alike,” WSCP Development Director Lisa Spaeth said in a news release.

Spaeth added, “We count on the generosity of our community to help local children and families share in the security of knowing they have a meal to share and can enjoy warmth and peace of the holiday season. We are so grateful for your support.”
