District 212 seeks Wall of Fame Award nominations

The nomination criteria includes the following: the nominee must have graduated from Leyden at least ten years ago; he or she has achieved an outstanding level in his or her field and has made significant contributions to that field; and the nominee exhibits outstanding leadership, character and service.

The Alumni Wall of Fame is established at both campuses where plaques and pictures of distinguished alumni are on display.

Nominate online by visiting www.leyden212.org , click on “Community”, “Wall of Fame”, and “online nomination form”. Teachers, administrators and board of education members make the final decision regarding inductees.
