District 212 students inducted into French Honor Society

Inductees have an A average in French, and an interest in the language and culture.

Nineteen modern language students who have an A average in French, as well as an interest in the language and culture, were inducted into the Societe Honoraire de francais (French Honor Society) on Tuesday, February 26 in the Eagle’s Wing at West Leyden High School. A reception for the students and their guests followed the ceremony. Congratulations to the following students on their achievement.

East Leyden inductees: Cielo Samantha Acevedo, Laila Corona, Tania Frausto, Jesus Angel Gonzalez, Roaa Magdi Marei, Luis Martinez, Jyllyan Josephyne Mueller, Eric Luciano Munoz, Jessica Edith Perez and Sara Sidak.

West Leyden inductees: Victor Alvizo Orozco, Evelyn Bolanos, Dahlia Fragoso, Jonathan Garcia, Samuel Garcia, Jairy Prado, Samantha Rivera, Erin Stanton and Hannah Szaltis.
