Elmhurst Neurosciences Institute welcomes Dr. Yogen Patel

Yogen Patel, DO, who is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and sports medicine, has joined the Elmhurst Neurosciences Institute.

Dr. Patel is accepting new patients at the Institute’s offices in Elmhurst, 1200 S. York Rd., Suite 3160 in the Center for Health on the Elmhurst Hospital campus. To schedule an appointment, call (331) 221-9095.

Dr. Patel received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and fellowship in Primary Care Sports and Exercise Medicine at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Patel’s clinical interests include ankle sprains, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, electromyogram, fractures, musculoskeletal therapy, neck pain, osteoarthritis, rotator cuff, spine problems, sports medicine, tendonitis and ultrasound.
