EMH Foundation’s 15th Annual Autumn Affair Sept. 7

The Elmhurst Memorial Hospital (EMH) Foundation’s 15th Annual Autumn Affair will be held Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, 120 E. Delaware Place in Chicago.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. with cocktails and silent auction, followed by dinner, dancing and a live auction. The gala is the Foundation's largest fundraiser of the year and supports Elmhurst Hospital programs and services that directly impact patients.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will support Elmhurst Hospital's new, high-tech, patient-centered technology advancements that align with Edward-Elmhurst Health’s “Safe, seamless, and personal” initiative.

A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available, tables of ten or individual tickets can be purchased, and individuals and businesses can donate items for the silent and live auctions.
In addition, the gala will feature a "Best of Vine Drawing" ($25 for one chance, $100 for five chances). The winner will take home fifteen select bottles of wine with a minimum $500 package value.
