Coronavirus: Frankfort Mariano's Employee Tests Positive
The employee's gender, age and condition are not being revealed.
FRANKFORT, IL — An employee at Mariano's in Frankfort has tested positive for the new coronavirus, a spokesperson with Mariano's confirmed. The employee's gender, age and condition are not being revealed.
"We are supporting them as they receive medical care, and wish them all the best in their recovery," Amanda Puck, Mariano's director of strategic brand development, told Patch.
Puck said the store has followed all sanitation and cleaning procedures per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. The store team has also been told, Puck said.

Patch also asked about exposure to other employees who may have worked with the individual at the store.

"Any quarantine of associates is made on a case by case basis by consultation with either medical doctors or public health officials," Puck said.
The Frankfort Mariano's is at 21001 S. La Grange Road.
