• Top 10 most expensive homes sold in Will County, reported Aug. 10-16 (shawlocal.com) — A newly built home at 306 West Nebraska Street in Frankfort sold for $1.99 million, topping Will County's residential sales for the week of Aug. 10. The 6,384-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath house led a list of high-end transactions across Naperville, Homer Glen, Lockport and other communities, where 286 properties averaged about $376,000.
