This year's program at Geneva Public Library, 127 James St., features musical merriment in Youth Services with Joel Frankel at 6:15 p.m., along with crafts and refreshments throughout the evening. Bring a camera to capture your child with a special visitor from the North Pole. At 7 p.m., join the Chamber Singers of the Elgin Choral Union, the longest running performing arts organization in the Fox Valley, as they perform lush and heartwarming Christmas arrangements by the fireplace upstairs. Favorites such as "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" and "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year," as well as selections from Conrad Susa's "Carols and Lullabies: Christmas from the Southwest," will be included.
