Pranayama:The Essential Practice with Lisa Bertke

Yoga is much more than yoga postures; it is the cultivation and management of prana, the vital life force that enables the body to move and the mind to think. It’s the intelligence that coordinates our senses and awakens our higher selves. By becoming more attentive to prana through pranayama techniques--we can invigorate the body and mind, and develop an expanded inner awareness. Pranayama is considered the gateway to personal healing, building creative power and speeding up the process of transformation

Join Lisa Bertke for this important workshop which will cover various pranayama techniques, their application and function. This workshop is designed for students who want to fully understand the use of pranayama and take their practice to the next level. We will be covering these pranayama techniques.
