In mythology, the Hero's Journey to other worlds describes the process of gaining knowledge and spiritual gold, and is common to most cultures throughout the world. In this mini-workshop, we shall explore the imagery of the Cosmic Tree to enter the Underworld and Celestial worlds of shamanism, as well as practicing Conscious Breathwork to gain a tangible experience of these other realms - for relaxation, healing, insight and spiritual connection. Breathwork is one of the most powerful means of entering an altered state of consciousness to tap into your inner wisdom. Once you have learned this technique, it can be incorporated into your regular meditation practice.
