This class covers the fundamentals of stage presence and rehearsal etiquette, using discussion and practical exercises. Students will understand stage terminology and stage directions, and learn to feel more comfortable on the stage. They will also learn how the rehearsal process benefits them and the production, including practicing at home and working as part of a team with the director, vocal coach, choreographer and fellow actors. Instructor Dennis Brown has been performing and directing in theater for 30 years, both internationally and in the Chicago area. He has appeared in over 80 different productions.
