Former Batavia Priest Sentenced for Exposing Himself at Gas Station

Monsignor Aaron Brodeski pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.

A Batavia priest has been sentenced after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct for allegations he exposed himself in a gas station near Rockford and also in the parking lot, NBC Chicago reports.

Monsignor Aaron Brodeski, a former pastor at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Batavia, was sentenced Friday to two years of court supervision, a $500 fine and 30 hours of community service, according to the article.

There were employees and customers present at the Road Ranger Gas Station in Rockford when Brodeski is accused of exposing himself on the evening of March 27, the Daily Herald reports.

Witnesses recorded the man’s license plate number, police said, and that led to Brodeski’s arrest. 

He was placed on leave by the Rockford Diocese on April 25 after authorities said they were investigating the local priest, according to the article.
