School District 304 Now on Twitter

Re-Tweeted this missive this morning:

"A little bird told us we should be Tweeting, so Geneva School District is now on Twitter!  Follow us today@Geneva304."

It should be interesting to see how fast the number of followers grows. 

“In Geneva School District, we are constantly evaluating and modifying our communication strategies because we are committed to communicating with as many people as we can as efficiently and effectively as we can,” said Communications Coordinator Kelley Munch.

“Research shows that 72 percent of online adults use social media, and so we are adding Twitter as a District communication tool to reach more people in the Geneva community with great news about Geneva School District.”

The district’s Twitter account will be used in addition to its websites, newsletters, and other communication strategies to disseminate timely news and information about the district, Munch said.
