Thieves Target Parked Vehicles in Geneva, Steal Catalytic Converters: Police
A rash of thefts have been reported in Geneva.

The Geneva Police Department and several other surrounding communities have continued to experience a rash of catalytic converter thefts from unattended parked vehicles.
Since October, eight catalytic converter thefts have been reported in Geneva.

These thefts have occurred primarily during the day time hours, generally between 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., in parking lots in the 600 block of South First Street, 300 block of Crescent Place, 200 block of Hamilton Street and 500 block of South Third Street.
People observing any suspicious people, cars or activity in any parking lot should notify police immediately so the incident can be investigated. Anyone with information in reference to these thefts should contact the Geneva Police Department Investigations Division at 630-232-4736.
