7-Eleven Robber Arrested Following Stints in Glen Ellyn, Romeoville: Police

GLEN ELLYN, IL A 25-year-old Carol Stream man has been arrested for robbing a 7-Eleven near Glen Ellyn earlier this month, police said.

William D. Kendrick, of the 300 block of Klein Creek Court in Carol Stream, has been charged with one count of aggravated robbery, which is a class one felony, in connection with the robbery.

Kendrick is accused of robbing the 7-Eleven on Park Boulevard in unincorporated Glen Ellyn at 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 20 and then fled the area. Kendrick was arrested the next day by Romeoville police for a similar incident when sheriff’s detectives were able to identify him as the suspect in the Glen Ellyn robbery, according to the DuPage County news release.

Kendrick is currently being held on a $350,000 bond at the Will County jail.
