A Glenview resident saw the incident and provided police with a description of the man.

Adrian Gomez, 31, of the 8400 block of W. Oak Avenue, Niles, is accused of driving while license suspended, displaying a suspended driver's license, failure to wear a seat belt safely, and was arrested at 8:43 p.m. June 10, following a traffic stop in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of July 2.

- Antonio Saunders, 45, of the 4800 block of W. Quincy Street, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 15 to 20 mph over the speed limit, improper lane usage, and was arrested at 1:21 a.m. June 7, in the 4000 block of West Lake Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of July 23.
- Bianca L. Giraldo, 31, of the 8300 block of W. Addison Street, Chicago, is accused of DUI alcohol, and was arrested at 2:43 a.m. June 5, following a traffic crash investigation. She was released and assigned a court date of July 23.

INCIDENTS
THEFT
- A Linneman Street resident called police at 12:01 p.m. June 3, to report someone had withdrawn money from their bank account on two occasions, totaling $1,341.68, which the bank reimbursed after the fraud was reported. The account was closed and the person attempted to access the account 10 more times unsuccessfully.
- A New Mexico resident reported on June 9 finding a unit for rent in the 500 block of Lotus Lane on forrent.com. They were given a code to access the property and sent the lease paperwork, along with $3,600 via Venmo and wire transfer, to the listing agent. When they returned to the property, the deadbolt code was not working and the listing agent did not respond. They then realized that it was a scam.
- An Antioch resident reported standing outside a business in the 1700 block of Grove Street between 2:30 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. June 8. They put a bag down behind one of the pillars that contained several gifts. When they went to retrieve the bag, it was gone. Total loss is approximately $18,000.
FORGERY
Employees of a business in the 2000 block of Chestnut Avenue reported at 3:18 p.m. June 3, issue a check for $78,000 to a contractor, which was sent through the mail. The contractor did not receive the check and the bank fraud alert reported the payee had been altered. No monetary loss.
ATTEMPTED THEFT
A Woodland Drive resident called police at 11:09 a.m. June 5, to report receiving a phone call from a male subject who identified themselves as a police officer. They said their grandson was hurt, and they would need to pay $15,000 for his bond. He told them that a courier would come to their house to get the money, and they gave their address. They withdrew the money and called the male back, but then became suspicious when they realized the area code was out of state. They hung up the phone and verified their grandson was safe, not involved in any issues.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A Glenview resident saw a male at around 11:26 a.m. June 5, with his pants down and masturbating on the Techny Basin walking path, 1893 Westleigh Drive. The person is described as Hispanic, 5-foot-10, wearing black jacket, black backpack, and black hat.
BURGLARY TO VEHICLE
A resident of the 2700 block of Landwehr Road reported on June 6 that on the previous night at 11:31 p.m., someone burglarized their vehicle. Ring camera caught the incident and the suspect appeared to be a white or Hispanic male in all black clothing. A Rolex watch, ring and sunglasses were taken. Total loss is $20,500.
STOLEN AUTO
A resident of the 600 block of Glendale Drive reported at 2:39 p.m. June 7, someone had stolen their vehicle from the driveway. They were able to GPS the location of the vehicle to the 9600 block of South Avenue in Chicago. The vehicle was located by Chicago Police and towed from the scene.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY
Employees of a business in the 600 block of Milwaukee Avenue reported at 10:28 a.m. June 8, someone had broken the front glass door to the business and stole $32,759 worth of merchandise sometime overnight.
