More Antisemitic Propaganda Found Around Town: Glenview Police Blotter
A number of residents found Ziploc baggies containing the literature outside their homes, according to police.

GLENVIEW, IL — The following information comes from the Glenview Police Department (unless otherwise noted) and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Kendall Viti, 20, of the 13300 block of Heiden Circle, Lake Bluff, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to wear a seatbelt, disobeying a red light, failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change, illegal transportation of open alcohol, and was arrested at 11:12 p.m. June 12, following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue. She was held for a bond hearing.
ASSAULT

Steve Czosnyka, 34, of the 200 block of Nora Avenue, Glenview, had an outstanding warrant out of Cook County for assault and was arrested at 12:17 p.m. June 8, following an investigation in the 0-10 block of Harlem Avenue. He was held for a bond hearing.
FLEEING AND ELUDING
Krystian Gadek, 19, of the 700 block of N. Waukegan Road, Niles, is accused of fleeing/attempt to elude police, speeding, following too closely, driver's not on person, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper passing, and was arrested at 12:17 p.m. June 8, following an investigation of an incident occurring on June 5 in the 800 block of East Lake Avenue. He was released on an I-Bond with a court date of July 13 assigned.
BATTERY
Arisha McCullough, 27, of the 4400 block of W. Monroe Street, Chicago, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 11:02 a.m. June 9, following an incident at a business in the 1900 block of Willow Road. She was released on a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 9 assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Domenico Spatafora, 42, of the 400 block of E. Baldwin Court, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound, improper parking on a roadway, and was arrested at 10:53 a.m. June 7, following an investigation in the 3300 block of Springdale Avenue. Spatafora was released on a $1,000 I-Bond and was assigned a court date of July 13.
FORGERY
Frank Nicholas, 58, of the 3700 block of S. Indiana Avenue, Chicago, is accused of forgery, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested at 2:11 p.m. June 7, following an incident at a business in the 3700 block of Willow Road. He was held for bond hearing.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO STATE SUPPORTED PROPERTY
A security officer reported at 10:25 a.m. June 7, a Northbrook resident damaged the toilet in the handicap stall at the Glenview Public Library, 1930 Glenview Road.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
- A Glenview resident called police at 11:26 a.m. June 4, to report someone left a bag containing antisemitic propaganda documents in their driveway in the 900 block of Drake Road.
- A Glenview resident reported at 1:05 p.m. June 7, someone left a bag containing antisemitic propaganda documents in their driveway in the 2900 block of Glenview Road.
- A Glenview resident called police at 6:15 p.m. June 7, to report someone left a bag containing antisemitic propaganda documents in the 3800 block of Glenview Road.
- A Glenview resident reported at 8 p.m. June 7, someone left a bag containing antisemitic propaganda documents in the 3100 block of Glenview Road.
- A Glenview resident called police at 5:13 p.m. June 8, to report someone left two Ziplock baggies containing antisemitic propaganda at the intersection of Glenview Road and Glenwood Lane.
- A Glenview resident reported at 10:59 a.m. June 9, they found a Ziplock baggie containing antisemitic propaganda in the 1000 block of Glenview Road.
- A Glenview resident called police at 9:30 a.m. June 13, to report someone left a Ziplock bag containing antisemitic propaganda in the 900 block of Kings Lane.
- A Glenview resident reported at 9 a.m. June 13, someone left a Ziplock bag containing antisemitic propaganda in the 1000 block of Woodlawn Road.
- An employee of a business in the 1000 block of Elm Street reported at 10:10 a.m. June 13, they received an antisemitic email.
- A Glenview resident called police at 11:45 a.m. June 13, to report someone left a Ziplock bag containing antisemitic propaganda in the parkway in the 800 block of Wagner Road.
RETAIL THEFT
- An employee of a business in the 1900 block of Tower Drive called police to report that on May 19, a male stole a golf cap and three Callaway Rogue golf clubs.
- An employee of a business in the 2800 block of Pfingsten Road reported at 7:09 p.m. June 9, two unknown males walked past the last point of sale with two shopping baskets filled with unknown items. The suspects left the area in an unknown black, four-door Audi sedan.
- An employee of a business in the 2500 block of Waukegan Road called police at 1:02 p.m. June 13, to report a man filled a shopping cart with various bottles of alcohol and exited the store after passing the last point of purchase.
IDENTITY THEFT
- A Glenview resident reported at 1:53 p.m. June 7, someone used their name and social security number to apply for a loan through Bank of America. The application was denied, and there is no financial loss at this time.
- A Glenview resident called police at 6:49 p.m. June 8, to report someone used their identifying information to apply for a Bank of America credit card.
- A Glenview resident reported at 10:56 a.m. June 9, someone called and said their Comcast service would be disconnected unless they provided the suspect with financial information. The victim gave the offender their identifying information, which the offender subsequently used to make three withdrawals from their bank accounts.
- A Glenview resident called police at 11:01 a.m. June 9, to report someone opened multiple Capital One accounts using their identifying information.
- A Glenview resident reported at 5:38 p.m. June 9, they received a text message alert about an Amazon purchase being made on their account. They called the number and spoke to an offender who requested they share their cell phone screen. The offender instructed the victim to open their bank account apps. Once the offenders instructed them to link their bank account apps to their Coinbase app, they recognized it was a scam.
THEFT
- A person called police to report that between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. June 7, someone stole their Rolex Submariner watch from their bag while at a business in the 2900 block of West Lake Avenue.
- A Glenview resident reported that on June 1, someone stole a Hewlett-Packard printer from the front of their residence in the 4500 block of Concord Lane.
- A Glenview resident called police to report that during the overnight hours of June 11, someone stole the front license plate off their vehicle while it was parked in the 3300 block of Thornwood Avenue.
- A Glenview resident reported at 10:57 a.m. June 13, someone stole a bracelet from their residence in the 1800 block of Chestnut Avenue.
SPEEDING
- A Niles resident was cited at 8:52 p.m. June 7, for speeding (26 mph over the speed limit), excessive noise (loud muffler), following a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Patriot Boulevard. They were released after posting their Illinois Driver’s License with a court date of July 18 assigned.
- A Schiller Park resident was cited at 7:02 p.m. June 10, for speeding 35+ mph over the speed limit, following a traffic stop in the 800 block of Waukegan Road.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
- A Glenview resident reported at 6:15 p.m. June 8, someone damaged four windows at a building in the 1900 block of East Lake Avenue.
- A Glenview resident called police to report that at sometime between June 9-10, someone keyed their vehicle while it was parked in the 4100 block of Essex Lane.
- A Glenview resident reported that between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. June 12, someone damaged the rear passenger side tire of their vehicle while it was parked in the 2100 block of Rugen Road.
FRAUD
A Glenview resident reported at 6:27 p.m. June 9, someone cashed two checks against their BMO Harris bank accounts.
BURGLARY
A business owner in the 1800 block of Glenview Road called police at 12:52 a.m. June 10, to report someone broke the front window of the business.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS
- A Waupaca, Wisconsin resident reported that during the overnight hours of June 11, someone cut off and stole the catalytic converter off of their vehicle while it was parked in the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
- A Stanwood, Washington resident called police to report that during the overnight hours of June 11, someone cut off and stole the catalytic converter off of their vehicle while it was parked in the 1800 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS BY A DRIVER
A Chicato resident was cited at 7:05 p.m. June 11, for speeding 15-20 mph over the speed limit, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, after a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Patriot Boulevard and was given a court date of July 18.
BURGLARY TO A MOTOR VEHICLE
A Wheaton resident reported that between 12:45 p.m. and 2 p.m. June 12, someone stole their Apple iPad Pro from their unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road.
DECEPTIVE PRACTICES
A Glenview resident reported on June 12 that someone transferred $6,920.21 from their PayPal account after they contacted him at an EBay support number they located through Google.
NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
A Chicago resident was cited at 10:12 p.m. June 13, for no valid driver's license, improper lighting (one headlight), following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Shermer Road. They were released on a $2,500I-Bond with a court date of July 13 assigned.
