Pair Rob Watch, Necklace From Parked Driver: Glenview Police Blotter
The duo followed the victim's car into a parking lot, began a "confusing" conversation and then robbed them, according to police.

Jessica L. Quatraro, 39, of the 38400 block of N. Shagbark Lane, Wadsworth, is accused of domestic battery, is accused of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 8:21 p.m. Aug. 26, after an incident in the 1600 block of Winnetka Road. She was taken to a bond hearing on Aug. 27.
BATTERY

- Xavier J. Richards, 31, of the 3300 block of Hartzell Street, Evanston, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Aug. 27, after an incident at 1757 Waukegan Road. He released on bond with a court date set for Oct. 11.
- Lupe Aguilar Munoz, 30, of the 1600 block of Greenwood Road, Glenview, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 9:19 a.m. Aug. 23, following an investigation into an incident which occurred on July 15 in the 1700 block of Greenwood Road. He was released on bond and assigned a court date of Sept. 21.
ASSAULT
Roshannah Hoard, 32, of Saint Paul, Minnesota, had an outstanding warrant from the Cook County Sheriff's Office for assault, and was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Aug. 25, in the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue. She was released on bond and assigned a court date of Oct. 11.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
James Addante, 60, of the 3800 block of Knollwood Lane, Glenview, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving in the wrong lane, and was arrested at 11:21 p.m. Aug. 25, following a traffic stop in the 3800 block of Knollwood Lane. He was released on bond and was assigned a court date of Oct. 6.
RETAIL THEFT
Stephanie Fey, 38, of the 800 block of E. Division Street, Lombard, and Amanda Chavez, of the 4800 block of W. Wallace, Chicago, are accused of felony retail theft, and were arrested at 11:37 a.m. Aug. 22, following the investigation of an incident from a business in the 2800 block of Pfingsten Road. Fey and Chavez were taken to a bond hearing.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS
Leesa Cordell, 57, of the 130 block of N. 1st Street, Capron, is accused of criminal trespass to a residence, criminal trespass to a vehicle, and was arrested at 6:43 a.m. Aug. 23, following an investigation in the 1700 block of Central Road. She was released on bond and was assigned a court date of Oct. 5.

INCIDENTS
BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE
- An employee of a business in the 2000 block of Johns Drive reported that during the overnight hours of Aug. 23, someone broke into a business work truck. Several pieces of work equipment were stolen from the rear of the truck.
- An Iowa City, Iowa resident called police to report that the catalytic converter was stolen from underneath their vehicle while the car sat parked in the parking lot of a business in the 1800 block of Milwaukee Avenue from Aug. 1 to Aug. 23.
PEDESTRIAN STRUCK BY TRAIN
Glenview fire and police personnel assisted the Metra Police Department at 12:02 p.m. Aug. 23, with a pedestrian struck by a train at the North Glen train station, 2301 Lehigh Ave. Read more: Pedestrian Struck By Metra Train In Glenview
TRESPASSING
An employee of a business in the 600 block of Milwaukee Avenue called police at 1:07 p.m. Aug. 23, to report a previously trespassed customer was in the store. The customer left the area on foot.
SPEEDING
- A Northbrook resident was cited at 9:03 p.m. Aug. 23, for speeding (26+ mph over the speed limit) following a traffic stop in the 1900 block of East Lake Avenue. They were released on bond with a court date set for Sept. 21.
- A resident was cited at 8:09 p.m. Aug. 29, for speeding (35+ mph over the speed limit), no insurance, violation of license classification, no valid registration, following a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Waukegan Road. They were released on bond with a court date set for Sept. 16.
MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL
A resident was cited at 11:34 p.m. Aug. 23, for a village ordinance for minor in possession of alcohol. At the same time, a Chicago resident was cited for minor in possession of tobacco, was issued a speeding citation following a traffic stop in the 2800 block of East Lake Avenue.
HARASSMENT
An employee of a restaurant in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road reported at 1 p.m. Aug. 24, receiving several harassing phone calls from a customer. Officers spoke with the customer and told them to have no further contact with the restaurant.
RETAIL THEFT
- An employee of a business in the 2500 block of Waukegan Road called police at 7:37 p.m. Aug. 24, to report a female with long black hair, wearing a pink shirt and black leggings, entered the store, gathered infant formula and several other items, and left the store with the items without paying for them. The female entered a black Chevrolet Equinox, unknown license, and left the area.
- An employee of a business in the 2500 block of Waukegan Road reported at 11:14 p.m. Aug. 29, a customer concealing items in her purse with the believed intent to steal the items. Officers spoke with the customer, who had items for sale in plain view in her purse. The business located an empty container inside the store. The customer paid for the items and left the store.
SUSPENDED/REVOKED REGISTRATION
A Prospect Heights resident was cited at 8:01 p.m. Aug. 26, for no driver's license, registration suspended for no insurance, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, following too closely after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue. They were released on bond and given a court date of Sept. 16.
UNWANTED SUBJECT
An employee of a business in the 1400 block of Waukegan Road reported at 2:29 p.m. Aug. 27, a customer was intoxicated and being belligerent to customers. Officers spoke to the customer, who agreed to leave the area.
FLEEING/ELUDING POLICE
An officer attempted to make a traffic stop at 2:44 a.m. Aug. 28, of a black four-door BMW on Milwaukee Avenue at Sanders. The vehicle refused to stop and fled at a high rate of speed northbound on Sanders Road. Officers were unable to locate the offending vehicle.
ROBBERY
A Des Plaines resident reported at 11:58 a.m. Aug. 28, being followed in their vehicle to a parking lot in the 600 block of Milwaukee Avenue by a white Chevrolet SUV. A male and female from the white Chevrolet approached them and engaged in confusing conversation. During the conversation, the female removed a watch from the complainant’s wrist and a necklace from around their neck. The female did not use force or make threats while removing the jewelry. The male and female handed the complainant fraudulent jewelry, entered the Chevrolet and left the area.
NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
A Norridge resident was cited at 6:59 p.m. Aug. 28, for no valid driver's license, following too closely, speeding, following a traffic stop in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Avenue. They were released on bond with a court date set for Sept. 16.
FORGERY
A resident reported at 5:24 p.m. Aug. 29, a check written to ComEd was intercepted in the mail. The name on the check was changed and attempted to be cashed.
