The facility would be managed by to be managed by the same firm set to run the forthcoming Atria Glenview, a $28 million project currently under construction. Capitol also owns the Summit of Uptown in Park Ridge, while Atria manages senior residential developments in Bolingbrook, Glen Ellyn and Deer Park.
