Indie Under the Stars Presents Special Christian Indie Film Drive-In Event on June 3rd
Chicago, IL — Indie Under the Stars invites the community to a unique evening of faith, fellowship, and entertainment during its special Christian Indie Night on Tuesday, June 3, 2026, from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM at Chitown Drive In, located at 2433 S. Throop St., Chicago, IL 60608.
This one-of-a-kind drive-in movie experience will showcase inspiring Independent Christian films under the stars, giving movie-goers the opportunity to enjoy powerful storytelling from the comfort of their vehicles while celebrating community and faith.

Tickets are $30 per car and must be purchased ahead of time. Tickets and additional event information are available at:
Guests attending the event will enjoy more than just movies. Audience members will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite film and provide feedback through interactive surveys. Select guests may also be interviewed live following the screenings to share their thoughts and reactions about the films and overall experience.
The movie receiving the highest audience votes will advance to compete during future Indie Under the Stars movie nights against new independent films. Each event will feature a different theme, creating an ongoing interactive movie competition experience for audiences.
Concessions will also be available for purchase during the event.
In addition to entertainment, Indie Under the Stars is seeking church partners to join in ministry and outreach efforts during the evening. Churches are invited to participate by ministering to attendees, sharing outreach information, and praying for individuals and families in attendance. Organizers hope the evening will serve as a meaningful opportunity to bring faith, encouragement, and community support to those attending.
“We want this first Christian Indie Night to be more than a movie event,” organizers shared. “We want it to be a night where people experience faith, fellowship, inspiration, and community together.”
