South Suburban Fish Fry Guide For Lent 2018

Find a list of fish fry events happening in the south suburbs during the Lenten season in 2018.

The Lenten season has begun earlier than usual in 2018, with Ash Wednesday already in the rear-view mirror. That means there's a bundle of fish fry events planned in Chicago's near south suburbs and South Side of the city. To help you plan your fish fry hunting mission, Patch has gathered information for 20 weekly events planned on the Southland beginning on Friday, Feb. 16. Here's a look at your fish fry options.

Café 63,

  • 6411 W. 63rd St., Chicago
  • will hold fish fry events from 5-8 p.m. on Fridays from Feb. 16 through March 30.
  • Prices range from $9.95 to $13.95.
  • They will be serving Fresh Catch of the Day Specials also Perch, Shrimp, Cod, Combo Plate, Non-fish Specials weekly, Homemade Soups, Salad & Desserts. All dinners served with Cole slaw, Fries or Rice Pilaf & a roll.
