Ex-Lake Forest HS Teacher Guilty of Kissing Student Given Supervision
Albert Macius could see his conviction wiped out if he successfully completes his sentence.

A Lake Forest High School math teacher found guilty after being accused of kissing and inappropriately touching a 17-year-old female student was sentenced to 18 months of conditional supervision Wednesday and could see his conviction erased if he completes that successfully, the Daily North Shore reports.
Albert Macius, 65, was found guilty Feb. 8 on two counts of misdemeanor battery in connection with claims that he kissed and touched the leg of the student in May of 2015 while tutoring her at her Lake Bluff home. Macius was arrested and charged in the incident in August of 2015.
