Both events at The Museums at Lisle Station Park feature pumpkins, games, rides, and pre-registration options tailored to local residents.
   

• Trick-Or-Treat Times In Lisle Set For 2026 (patch.com) — Lisle families now know official 2026 trick-or-treat hours, with door-to-door candy runs set for Oct. 31 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. throughout town. The village also offers safety tips, a special downtown Lisle business trick-or-treat on Oct. 26, and reminders about nearby pumpkin patch and Glass Pumpkin Patch options.
   

• Two DuPage Democrats Pushed Bill That Would Have Barred Suburbs From Clearing Homeless Encampments (dupagepolicyjournal.com) — Lisle falls within Rep. Anne Stava-Murray's district, and she co-sponsored a now-failed Illinois bill that would have limited how cities clear homeless encampments. The measure, responding to a recent Supreme Court ruling, drew support from housing advocates and opposition from municipal groups, and could be reintroduced in a future session, potentially affecting how nearby suburbs handle homelessness.
