Domestic Battery, Credit Card Fraud, Wallet Stolen: Montgomery Blotter
Arrests and incidents occurred between Nov. 19 and Nov. 28.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Nov. 19
Someone kicked the back door in of a residence in the 1300 block of Amber Dr. Damage to the residence was reported with nothing taken.

Someone stole a wallet from a shopping cart of a customer at a business in the 2000 block of Orchard Rd.
Nov. 20

Eriberto Olvera, 19, Aurora was arrested for 2 felony counts of aggravated DUI, driving while license suspended and disobeying a traffic control device after his vehicle was observed going through a red light. Eriberto also had a valid warrant out of Aurora PD for DUI.
Nov. 20
Sheena R. Webber, 32, Montgomery was arrested on two counts of domestic battery and one count of endangering the life of a child after it was reported that she struck a family member residing at her residence.
Nov. 22
A resident reported that several attempts were made to open credit card accounts in his name without authorization.
Brian Evans of Montgomery was arrested for domestic battery and disorderly conduct after police were called to his residence for a domestic dispute.
Nov. 23
A resident reported that someone applied for a credit card in her name.
Nov. 24
A resident reported that someone entered his vehicle and stole $15 worth of loose change.
A resident reported that someone entered his vehicle and stole $10-$20 worth of loose change.
Nov. 26
Duane Love of the 1000 block of Four Seasons Blvd, Aurora, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Aurora PD for reckless driving. Love had a second warrant out of Kane County for obstructing justice.
Nov. 28
Someone opened several new credit accounts using her information. No monetary loss was reported at this time as the complainant was able to cancel the credit cards before they were used.
