Montgomery Blotter: Possession of Cannabis, DUI

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.

Sept. 21

Jonah Tackett, 44, of the 600 block of Clement Street, Joliet, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage. Tackett was also issued a citation for disobeying a stop sign.

Jeremy Rivera, 19, of the 7000 block of Gallatin Drive, Plainfield, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for speeding.

Christen Orr, 22, of the 600 block of South Lincoln, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police stopped his vehicle for failure to wear seat belt.

Sept. 22

Bruce Cowans, 27, of the 100 block of Heathgate Road, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for a loud muffler.

Sept. 23

Agustin Morales, 19, of the 1500 block of Liberty Street, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of DuPage County SO for failure to appear/driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sept. 24

Armando Salinas-Zamudio, 25, of the 1000 Indian Avenue, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police stopped his vehicle for improper lighting-one headlamp.

Sept. 25

Camron Howard-Brooks, 19, of the 2900 block of Foxmoor Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for suspended registration.

Adrian Burgos, 34, of the 900 block of South River Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for disobeying a traffic control device. Burgos also had a warrant out of Will County SO for driving while license suspended and a warrant out of Sagamon County SO for driving while license suspended.

Walter King, 20, of the 2000 block of Margaret Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis after police stopped his vehicle for failure to signal.

Sept. 26

Tony Ramos, 21, of the 1200 block of Nantucket Road, Aurora, was arrested for operating a vehicle when registration suspended after police stopped his vehicle.

Orlando Bravo, 31, of the 1100 block of Lebanon Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for no taillights.

Sept. 27

Yolanda Elizondo, 23, of the 1100 block of LaFayette Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for failure to wear seat belt.
