Baby Returned Unharmed By Father
Midlothian police are still on the lookout for the girl's father after negotiating for the baby's safe return.

MIDLOTHIAN, IL -- A man on the run with his infant daughter has returned the little girl after negotiations with authorities were successful over the weekend, police in Midlothian said. Davasae Jordan left 6-week-old Daisy Jordan in the care with a friend of his in Robbins early Saturday morning, police said in an updated alert on social media. Daisy is safe and was returned unharmed and healthy.
The older Jordan, who previous reports indicate had previously been prohibited from having contact with his daughter or the mother, remained at large as of later in the day Saturday. An active warrant has been issued for his arrest.
