Co-worker's attorney called altercation "out of character" for his client after he allegedly assaulted the couple at Nite Games.

OAK FOREST, IL — An Oak Forest man is accused of punching and knocking another man and woman unconscious in a bar last Thursday. Isaac C. Summerville, 26, appeared before Cook County Judge John Mahoney on felony charges of aggravated battery and aggravated battery in a public place. Summerville appeared at 26th and California over the weekend, where he was given a $5,000 I-bond.
At 11:15 p.m. Oct. 10, Summerville walked into Nite Games Bar and Grill, at 5544 147th St., Oak Forest, and spotted a former co-worker seated at the bar with another woman, according to prosecutors.

Summerville's attorney said his client has "absolutely no [criminal] background" and has been a "law-abiding citizen" for 26 years. The attorney called the fight "out of character" for Summerville.
"How do you explain broken molars or losing consciousness?" Mahoney asked.
