Man Arrested After He Fails to Respect Mall Cop's Authority, Order to Take Off Hood: Cops
The Homer Glen man refused to take his hood off and then "chest bumped" a security guard, police said.

A Homer Glen man refused to bend to the authority of an Orland Square Mall security guard and kept his hood on his head despite orders to the contrary, police said.
Hector Cuellar, 29, also “chest bumped” a security guard during a showdown over whether or not he was going to take his hood off while in the mall, police said.
Cuellar allegedly faced off with three different mall cops about his hood throughout the course of the confrontation. The first guard alerted a second and informed him that “she told Hector Cuellar to remove his hood, per mall policy,” police said. “Hector had refused to take off his hood, and continued walking. While Hector was walking he was swearing at” the guard.

The guard stood his ground and “Hector forcefully chest bumped (him), pushing him backwards,” police said.
Then, a third security guard “grabbed Hector from behind and (the two guards) held Hector until the Orland Park Police arrived.”
Cuellar was charged with battery.
