Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Burglary: Oswego Blotter
Incidents occurred between April 11 and April 15.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
April 15
Oswaldo Barajas Alvarez, 21, of the 700 block of Summer Ave. in Aurora, was charged with battery and disorderly conduct. The incident occurred at 2850 Rt. 34.
April 14
Cary M. Hess, 66, of the 200 block of Lynx Lane, was charged with domestic battery. The incident occurred at Hess’s home.
Ryan J. Dewey, 36, of the 200 block of Waterbury Circle, was charged with domestic battery. The incident occurred at Waterbury and Ogden Falls.
A resident reported that in December 2015 someone opened up a credit card in her name.
April 13
A contractor reported that a Bomag Compactor valued at $3,000 was taken from a job site between 8:30 p.m. April 12 and 7 a.m. April 13.
Police are investigating a residential burglary in the 200 block of Morgan Valley Dr. where more than $500 was stolen.
Police are investigating a residential burglary on Arboretum Way where $1,000 was stolen.
April 12
Someone damaged a bulldozer and stole the batteries from it.
April 11
Police are investigating a retail theft in which someone stole a television and left the store via a fire door exit. The incident occurred at 2300 Rt. 34.
Christian L. Hills, 18, of the 200 block of Willowood, and Jamie A. Snyder, 18, of the 500 block of Northgate, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at Mystic Ct.
