Credit Card Fraud, Pot Possession: Oswego Blotter

Dec. 19

Xavier R. Pryor, 25, of the 1700 block of Deer Run in Montgomery, was picked up on an in-state warrant.

Police are investigating an unlawful use of a credit card in which a lost card was used without permission.

Police are investigating a burglary that occurred in the 500 block of Boulder Hill Pass between Dec. 19 and Dec. 20.

A Yorkville resident reported a stolen car trailer valued at $2,500. Police are investigating.

Dec. 20

Amber N. Payne, 26, of the 500 block of Bison Rd. in Oswego, was charged with domestic battery.

Dawn M. Lees, 35, of the 4200 block of Southerland Dr., was charged with domestic battery.

A juvenile was charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.
