Oswego Police Department reports for June 13 through June 15.

OSWEGO, IL —

Wednesday, June 13

Domestic Battery

Carl M. Angello, 64, of Aurora, has been charged with domestic battery for a June 13 incident at Route 34 and Route 30, where he was also arrested, Oswego Police report. He is being held at the Kendall County Sheriff's Office and his bond was set by a judge. Angello's court date is scheduled for July 16, 2018.

Accident, driving without a license and insurance

Dominic Montenegro, 23, of Joliet, has been charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance following a crash at Heatherwood Drive and Mill Road on June 13. Oswego Police report they were sent to the scene of the crash which also involved Adam Watts, 34, of Oswego. The crash was between the truck driven by Montenegro and a car driven by Watts. Police arrested Montenegro and his court date is scheduled for 8:30 a.m., July 10, 2018.

D0mestic Battery

Oswego Police reported Sergio D. Sanchez, 45, of Oswego has been charged with two counts of domestic battery in an incident that took place on June 13 at 214 Presidential and Taft Street. He was arrested and is being held at Kendall Co. jail. His bond was set by a judge. Sanchez's court date is scheduled for July 17, 2018.

Hit and Run

Oswego Police say they're investigating a hit and run accident at LA Fitness located at 201 Ogden Falls Blvd, that took place at 6:02 p.m., June 14. Police say Enrika Simson, 46, of Montgomery reported the incident as she was driving a sedan when a suspect, described as a male between the ages of 18 and 20, hit the sedan with a gold Honda Accord he was driving. The suspect's license plate is reported as AP80467. Police say damage was reported at less than $1,500

Friday, June 15

IHOP Theft

Oswego Police reported a theft at an IHOP location on Pearces and Ford at 2850 Route 34 where they say six females left without paying their $91.32 bill. Two of the suspects are described as 18-year-old black females, one is 5'7', 125 pounds, reported wearing ripped jeans, a gray midriff tank top and flip flops. The other is being described as 5'8', 130 pounds, wearing a white shirt with no shoulder coverage, black pants and sandals. Police say they're investigating.
