Man Arrested For Pleasuring Himself In Business Lot: Yorkville PD

YORKVILLE, IL — Yorkville police say officers arrested Oscar O. Ferrer, 45, of the 0-100 block of Woodridge Drive, Montgomery, following an public indecency incident in a business parking lot in the 900 block of Erica Lane. Police say they were called to that area at 9:20 a.m., July 9, when a female victim told police she was parked in her car and talking on the phone when a car pulled up next to her driver's side and parked.

According to police, she saw the other car's driver - later identified as Ferrer - self-pleasure himself.

Yorkville police officers investigated the incident and arrested Ferrer, who was given a misdemeanor charge of public indecency. He was taken to Kendall County Corrections for booking.
