• S&C Electric to Build Glenview, IL Facility for Grid Resilience (indexbox.io) — S&C Electric has recently expanded its manufacturing capacity in Palatine freeing up space to grow its product lines and support a stronger electric grid. The company is also building a major new facility in nearby Glenview and enlarging its Chicago headquarters, moves expected to create regional jobs and improve reliability for utilities facing rising power demand and harsher weather.
