Mattress Fire

Police responded to a fire around 6 p.m. July 25, in the 11200 block of Roberts Road. When officers arrived, mattresses leaning against the garage ahd caught fire and damaged part of the building. The fire was extinguished and no injuries were reported.

Dunkin Donuts Disturbance

A customer got unruly at the Dunkin Donuts at 10340 S. Harlem Ave., reports said. Police responded to the call around 8:30 p.m. July 29. According to employees, the customer purchased items in the drive-through. The customer entered the doughnut shop and began yelling. Police said the man knock over a coffee as well as cups and lids.
