• Drunken Driver Caught After Speeding, Using Wrong Lane: Plainfield Police (patch.com) — Plainfield police arrested a 31-year-old Michigan man after spotting him speeding and driving in the wrong lane near Lincoln Highway and Boulevard Place. Officers say field sobriety tests and other observations led to multiple DUI-related charges, plus citations for speeding, improper lane use, lack of insurance, and unlawful cannabis possession. The Jeep was towed, and the case appears in the latest Plainfield police blotter.
