• Trick-Or-Treating In Plainfield: 2026 Hours Revealed (patch.com) — Plainfield families can plan ahead for Halloween with the village's recommended trick-or-treating hours set for 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31. Kids also get an early start at the Plainfield Shorewood Area Chamber of Commerce's Spooktacular on Oct. 24, where downtown Lockport Street businesses will hand out treats to costumed visitors.
